We believe that education is for all kinds of people, from the completely convinced to the seriously doubtful, and for all ages. Each Sunday morning, we provide nursery care for children up to age four, Sunday school classes for children through 5th grade downstairs in Cox Hall, classes for children at the junior and senior high level in the Bishop’s Cottage, and a forum for adults in Cox Hall. Periodically, we schedule special days for intergenerational activities and for children and youth to take part in adult services. We also supplement our formal youth education with a series of activities throughout the educational year aimed at fellowship and fun, community service, building trust, and applying the lessons learned in Church School and faith in Christ to the world at large.

In addition, we have a regular Wednesday Bible study group and a Friday morning men’s discussion group.
The Christian Education Program of Trinity Church strives to provide an environment in which we all may more fully love and serve the Lord our God with all our hearts, souls, and minds, and love our neighbors as ourselves. The goal is to provide educational opportunities and to encourage involvements for all ages of our parish and community. Above all we work together in a sense of joy and love, being open to the workings of the Holy Spirit in our lives.

Christian Formation for Children and Youth
At General Convention 1997, the Episcopal Church adopted the Children’s Charter for the Church. This document calls the people of God in three ways: to the nurture of children; to minister to children; and to discern and raise up the ministries of children. We use Godly Play for PK-2nd grade and Episcopal Church Curriculum for 3rd - 12th grade.
